Chris McCoy, MBAHCM
CHS Access Center – Business Process Improvement Specialist

Chris McCoy has been with Community Health Systems for seven years working in various roles throughout the organization including, medical staff development, physician practice services, hospital based physician services, division operations and facility administration at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center in Alabama. His current role is within the CHS Access Center, supporting facilities across the country focusing on improving throughput operations management, through analytics and strategy.

Stephanie Ball, MHCI
CHS Access Center – Business Process Improvement Specialist

Over the last 8 years, Stephanie Ball has worked for several large healthcare organizations including a regional healthcare system. Through her experience, she has worked on process improvement, Lean methodologies and business analysis with frontline nursing staff, hospital administration and corporate leadership. Her current role at Community Health System supports facilities operations and throughput by using data analytics and process improvement methodologies.
